Indianapolis Indiana Therapist

Bonnie England

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

Life is full of challenges and transitions. Whatever brings you to seek therapy, know that you are taking an important step to find healing and wholeness. I work with clients of all ages, including children, teens, couples, and families. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, past trauma, and relational difficulties. I am experienced working with youth with behavioral challenges, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I also enjoy supporting anyone going through life transitions, including breakups, divorce, and those transitions that bring up deeper questions of faith and spirituality.

Every client is unique and deserves a unique approach. I specialize in psychodynamic approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) that address the way the past influences the present. I have completed Gottman training Levels 1 and 2 for work with couples, and I have experience with narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and play therapy for work with children.

No matter what you are going through, know that there is hope, and healing is possible. Together, we can work to help you break unhealthy thought patterns and relational dynamics, build self-awareness and self-confidence, and move forward in more wholehearted ways. Reach out today to get started! I would be honored to be alongside you for the journey.
