At Maitri Counseling Collective, we are proud to support associate licensed clinicians by offering access to affordable, high-quality clinical supervision. Our experienced supervisors are dedicated to helping associates fulfill their licensure requirements while cultivating the skills and confidence necessary to thrive as independent clinicians.

We believe that every therapist whether just beginning their journey, nearing retirement, or anywhere in between has a unique story, voice, and set of strengths to bring to their clinical work. We affirm that both associate and independently licensed therapists share the same inherent capacity to provide meaningful, effective care.

Through supervision, our aim is to foster self-awareness, clinical integrity, and deep compassion. By nurturing these qualities, we support our clinicians in becoming not only competent but exceptional mental health professionals.

Provide regular and structured individual and group supervision in accordance with licensure requirements.

Maintain active licensure and abide by the AAMFT Code of Ethics, Indiana State Law, and all applicable federal privacy laws.
